After many months of client and council Liaison, we were awarded this roof restoration project in the South Manchester Heaton Moor conservation area.
Our Scope consisted of removal of incorrect Marley Tiles/Larger Dormer to rear/UPVC fascia boards and restoring the original Architectural and Historical details of this building.
Works included rebuilding of 3 traditional chimneys with steel supports, brick corbelling details, 13,000 reclaimed Rosemary tiles and chimney pots, finiale details and timber fascias
